At Bamboo Living Co., we are committed to creating thoughtfully designed bamboo-based apparel and lifestyle products that prioritize comfort, quality, and sustainable living. We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

2. Return Window

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be in their original condition.

  • Include all original tags and packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Unfortunately, returns requested after the 14-day period cannot be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product protection reasons, certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products damaged through normal wear, misuse, or improper care.

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.

  • Bedding, towels, baby products, or personal-use items once introduced, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Exchanges

We are happy to assist with exchanges for eligible products.

Requests for size or color exchanges should be submitted within 14 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued in accordance with this policy.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

After reviewing your claim, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

6. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from:

  • A defective item.

  • An incorrect item was shipped by us.

  • An error on our part.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received was defective.

  • The wrong item was shipped.

  • The return is due to an error made by Bamboo Living Co.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Bamboo Living Co. cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages and is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period, please:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

If you still have not received your refund, please contact us, and we will gladly assist you.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, customers may request a return in accordance with this policy after delivery.

10. Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, failure to pay customs duties, or failure to collect the package, shipping charges, and any return fees incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

11. International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

These fees are non-refundable.
